What does Mahalaxmi Industries manufacture?
We are a watch component manufacturer in Greater Noida, operating since 2006. We make eight product lines covering the full watch supply chain: watch dial rings, watch cases, watch dials, PC watch glass, PU watch straps, movement holders and spacer rings, case top rings and energy guards.
Alongside the components we run a tool room and job-work floor — die and mould making, mould repair, pad printing and general plastic moulded products.
Which watch brands do you supply?
We supply OEM watch brands including Titan, Timex and KDDL, along with private-label buyers and assemblers across India. We also export to the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Switzerland.
Most of our work is made to the customer's own drawing under their brand, so the finished watch carries their name, not ours. More on who we serve is on the industries page.
Where are you located and can I visit the factory?
Our plant is in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306 — roughly 90 minutes from central Delhi and well connected to the Noida and Ghaziabad component belt. Visitors are welcome Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

What is your production capacity?
The facility runs 25 injection moulding machines in the 50-tonne class across 450 sqm, giving a capacity of over 50 lakh pieces per month. Volume is rarely the limiting factor on a watch component programme — tooling lead time usually is.
For a programme that ramps, tell us the annual figure as well as the first order, so the tool can be built with the right number of cavities from the start.
What is the minimum order quantity for watch components?
Watch dial rings start at 500 pieces. Most other components are quoted against your drawing and volume rather than a fixed MOQ, and we will accept a lower pilot quantity on a first order while a programme is being validated.
Tooling has no minimum at all — we will build or repair a single mould. See the products overview for the MOQ and lead time on each line.
How quickly can you quote, and what do you need from me?
Component quotes normally go out within one working day, and tooling or mould-repair quotes within 48 hours. To price accurately we need a drawing (PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or IGES) or a physical sample, the material or the application, the finish, and both your first-order and annual quantities.

Do you work to custom designs or only catalogue parts?
Almost everything we ship is custom. You send a drawing or a sample; we advise on material and moulding feasibility, build or modify the tool in our own tool room, run a sample for your approval, then move to production.
Where we already hold suitable tooling — common dial-ring diameters, for example — we can skip the tooling cost and lead time entirely. It is always worth asking before commissioning a new mould.
